Came to Nuvia today to get an estimate on a new set of uppers and lowers. I was greeted by Letitia when I first walked in and she had a beautiful smile and very welcoming. I met with Sean after I had all the scans taken. I only have two missing teeth so he said some other options that are a bit cheaper might be better for me. He'd hate to pull out all my teeth just for two missing. But would be glad to do it if I wanted to and of course I would look much better. Everybody was very friendly and I certainly appreciate the honesty. Would highly recommend!

Today I visited Nuvia in the Fort Lauderdale area, and I had an excellent experience. Everyone in the office was incredibly pleasant, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Although I was not a candidate for the procedure, the staff still treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine care. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. It's refreshing to experience such outstanding customer service, and I truly appreciate the positive atmosphere they have created. The team at Nuvia are EXCEPTIONAL! They are incredible in setting expectations so there are no miscommunications or disappointments. From the friendly smiles to the excellence in customer service I was blown away! Jerry was so helpful and knowledgeable and at the same time approachable! Great place, great people, amazing service
